Regardless of the branch and anywhere in the world, the central lubrication system is an indispensable requirement of the industry. The oil pump can pump oil to up to 100 distributors with side lines connected to the main oil line. With the pressure produced by the pump, each piston in the distributors delivers the adjusted amount of oil to the lubrication point. After each lubrication point receives the required oil, the main lubrication line is automatically or manually connected to the main tank and the pressure in the line is reduced and the pistons in the distributors become ready for the second lubrication position. After a specified interval, the second lubrication period begins.

The main lubrication line that feeds the oil to the pump and the line returning to the oil tank are connected alternatively with a diverter valve. As many oil distributors as desired can be connected to both lines. With the pressure produced by the pump, half of the lubrication points connected to the distributors are lubricated in the desired amount. After this process, the diverter valve is activated and directs the line under pressure to the pump oil tank, and the other line is activated and delivers the oil pressed by the pump to the distributors, this time the other half of the lubrication points connected to the distributors are lubricated in the desired amount. This process is repeated within set time intervals.

Application areas: Iron and steel mills, rolling mills, roller and roller mills, cement factories, thermal power plants, sugar factories, beer and malt factories.
Each lubrication point is lubricated by an independent pipeline from the feed pump. It delivers the desired amount of oil to the lubrication point, thanks to the pressure produced by the pump and the dosing valve at the outlets. If desired, the lubrication points can be increased with a progressive oil distributor.

Application areas: Presses, punch presses, guillotines, cranes, elevators, conveyors, packaging machines, stone crushers, turbines, briquette presses and forest products processing machines.
The oil pump is connected to the progressive distributors via the main feed pipe. The pistons in these distributors are activated one after the other. They deliver the set amount of oil to the lubrication point every time the pump pumps oil. The lubrication point can be increased by attaching a second distributor to these oil distributors.
